Gravel routes in the Pyrenees

Grava Lybica 2027 will once again explore Cerdanya through two gravel stages starting and finishing in Llívia.

Forest tracks, mountain roads, faster sections and high-altitude landscapes will shape two routes designed to enjoy gravel riding in the Pyrenees in full spring.

The final 2027 routes will be published at a later date.

Two days, two routes, one way to experience gravel

Each stage will have its own character, while sharing the essence of Grava Lybica: mountain gravel, landscapes, local culture and adventure.

The routes will combine forest tracks, open mountain roads, more technical sections and faster stretches where you can let the bike run, always with Cerdanya and the Pyrenees as the backdrop.

We are not simply looking to add kilometres. We want to create gravel routes in Cerdanya that are worth remembering.

Mountain gravel, at your own pace

Grava Lybica is not a race, but it is a mountain gravel experience.

The routes will be designed to combine discovery, scenery and effort, with sections where you can push harder and others where you can slow down, look around and enjoy the landscape.

The goal is not to finish first, but to experience the mountains, share the ride and enjoy each stage at your own pace.

Distances, elevation gain and full route details: coming soon.

Timed climbs for those who want to push

Grava Lybica remains a non-competitive event, but in 2027 each stage will include timed uphill segments.

These will be specific sections of the route where riders can push hard and compare their times, without turning the whole day into a race.

There will be prizes for the fastest women’s and men’s times on each timed segment.

The rest of the route is yours to ride at your own pace.

One feed station on each stage

Each stage will include an on-route feed station with local products, plus a finish-line refreshment area to refuel after the ride.

We want the route to keep the adventurous spirit of Grava Lybica, while adding meeting points that make the experience more enjoyable and shared.

GPX tracks, distances, elevation gain and feed station locations will be published later.

The 2027 routes, coming soon

We’re working on two new stages to discover Cerdanya by gravel and experience the Pyrenees in full spring.

We’ll publish the GPX tracks, distances, elevation gain and full route details at a later date.

In the meantime, save the dates: 28, 29 and 30 May 2027.
